This refund policy applies to the fetch/ride service(s) offered by pet fetchers.  The pet fetchers shop has a separate refund policy which you can view within the shop.

The complete refund policy for pet fetchers ride service including fetch memberships and packages is included in the Service Agreement which is available upon creating a client account or you are welcome to contact us by phone 405.241.9264 or email at fetchus@petfetchers.com for more information.
